VOICE OF PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS
NAM, JINYOUNG (GRADUATED YONSEI UNIVERSITY, CURRENTLY F&A)
"The CEO challenge program to me was the testtube of P&G life. It gave me a chance to experience P&G’s core values, business questions, strategies, and people. The intensive 3-day competition was full of collaborating with teammates, practicing strategic thinking and decision making, and real life advice from P&G seniors. I hope many others around APAC participate in this great program and get to know how the company grows its future leaders AND many thriving brands."
CHO, SOOHYUN (GRADUATED YONSEI UNIVERSITY, CURRENTLY SLS)
"The CEO Challenge was an unforgettable experience that helped me establish what company I wanted to start my career, as well as enable the start. I could get exposed to P&G's vision, philosophies, and values during the CEO Challenge, which shaped my standard of the 'best business' and 'business leader'. The case challenges provided an opportunity to think strategically and deliver an effective communication, which are the two must-haves for a business leaders. Also, interacting with senior management was a rare and priceless experience. Finally, participating in the CEO Challenge helped me get the job :) If you want to join P&G or want to know more about the company & how to run a business, this is the opportunity you should grab!"
PARK, HYEJUN (GRADUATED KOREA UNIVERSITY, CURRENTLY BRM)
"Looking back, CEO challenge was a chance for me to get to know and assess P&G as my employer, as well as secure my first career out of college at P&G. Throughout the competition (from the case brief, to business planning, and to review/feedback sessions) I experienced a glimpse of the world-famous P&G Brand Building planning. I was able to experience what I would be doing in P&G as an Assistant Brand Manager. It also provided me with a very precious & rare chance to interact with P&Gers - to hear what they appreciate most about the company, what it takes to become a P&Ger, etc. The CEO Challenge was the most real & live assessment of the company which I was considering to start a career at."
KIM, YONGWOO (GRADUATED SOGANG UNIVERSITY, CURRENTLY BRM)
"P&G CEO Challenge was a great opportunity for me to learn how P&Gers solve problems by having a chance of cracking real business case challenges. The thing that I value the most of the P&G CEO challenge is that you can get “real feedback” on your output from P&Gers who are the best experts in the world. You can also have office tours and conversations with current employees which gives you a glimpse of how world-class brand builders work and bring brands to life. Don't hesitate to apply the P&G CEO challenge - it's a once-in-a-life time opportunity to grow your business skills further AND secure your future job."
